Drug name:
Blood filtration replacement base fluid
Specification:
4000ml
Components:
This product is a compound preparation, containing glucose, calcium chloride, sodium chloride, and magnesium chloride. The content is shown in the table below:
Components | Labeled amount | |
mmol/L | mg/ml | |
Anhydrous Glucose(C6H12O6) | 10.6 | 1.91 |
Total Chlorine(Cl) | 118 | 4.18 |
Ca | 1.60 | 0.0639 |
Na | 113 | 2.60 |
Mg | 0.797 | 0.0194 |
When 4000ml of this product is mixed with 250ml of 5% sodium bicarbonate injection and potassium chloride injection is added until the potassium ion concentration is 4.5mmol/L, the osmotic pressure of this product is about 280mOsm/L.
Indications:
This product is a specialized drug for continuous blood purification, used to replace water and electrolytes in the body during blood filtration treatment, and to replace some kidney functions.
Usage and dosage:
This product does not contain potassium ions, which is beneficial for clearing excess potassium ions in the body and maintaining normal blood potassium concentration. However, when necessary for clinical treatment, potassium salt should be added based on the patient's blood electrolyte analysis results. Add 1ml of 10% potassium chloride injection to each bag (4000ml) of this product, and the potassium ion concentration increases by 0.335mmol/L.
After adding potassium salt to this product, it is used as part A of the solution and combined with sodium bicarbonate injection (part B of the solution) for continuous blood purification. In general, each bag (4000ml) of this product is mixed with 250ml of 5% sodium bicarbonate injection and injected into the body through a blood purification device. The dosage is determined by the continuous blood purification time, usually 3L~4L/hour.When using this product with 250ml of 5% sodium bicarbonate injection per 4000ml, the concentrations of each component are shown in the table below:
Components | concentration(mmol/L) |
Glucose | 10 |
Chloride ion | 110 |
Magnesium ion | 0.75 |
Calcium ion | 1.50 |
Sodium ion | 141 |
Carbonate | 35 |
Potassium ion | Adding 1ml of 10% potassium chloride injection to every 4000ml increases the potassium ion concentration by 0.335mmol/ |
Adverse reactions:
1. Possible adverse reactions of this product include infusion reactions, fever, and chills; Due to rapid or slow fluid replacement, as well as imbalanced displacement between ultrafiltration volume and infusion volume, resulting in excessive and insufficient volume, hypotension, etc.
2. This product may cause malnutrition, hypophosphatemia, etc. due to continuous blood purification to clear serum substances. It is important to pay attention to continuous blood purification and closely monitor the various indicators of the patient's blood test.
Contraindications:
Not have
Precautions:
1. Squeeze and check the inner bag before use. If there is any leakage, particulate matter, flocculent matter, discoloration, turbidity, etc., do not use it.
2. This product does not contain potassium salts. When using it, potassium chloride injection should be added based on the patient's blood electrolyte analysis results.
3. The medicine should be used up at once, and should not be stored for reuse after opening.
4. Unclean, damaged, or reused pipelines and instruments of the blood purification device, as well as low temperatures, can easily cause infusion reactions such as cooling and heating after using this product. Due to the fact that this product is used in large quantities every time, doctors should pay full attention to this point when using it.
5. The glucose content of this product is high, so patients with diabetes should use it with caution.
Product advantages:
The finished replacement solution based on bicarbonate formula is the first choice for severe CRRT patients
